Q1. Does your Tofu Cheesecakes taste like tofu or cheesecake? Does it use only Tofu?
Ans: You can think of the taste as a lighter version of cheesecake. It is less 'filling' than real cheesecake. Thus, you can and will wanna eat more of BakinCow's Tofu Cheesecakes. Our Tofu Cheesecake is a combination of both tofu and cheese, as it is named. As such, we use less cheese and replace them with more tofu - thus, healthier choice!

Q2. Will your Tofu Cheesecake appeal to me?
Ans: That really depends on individuals. From our observation, those who don't or seldom eat cakes are most likely to appreciate our Tofu Cheesecakes (and usually they indulge on a second serving). And those who are hardcore cheesecake lovers have a 50-50 chance of liking our Tofu Cheesecakes. And like we always say "it's a sin-less indulgence".. health conscious friends will definitely love it! ;-)

Q3. Does your Tofu Cheesecakes contain eggs? Is it vegetarian?
Ans: Our Tofu Cheesecakes do not use eggs. However, it does include gelatine.

Q4. How long can i keep the cake?
Ans: In general, all BakinCow's cakes should be consumed within 2 days upon receipt of the cake and kept in a box in the fridge.
